Each case includes two 5-lb bricks, totaling 10 lbs. We ship our frozen products on Mondays through Thursdays via UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST on Thursday evenings through Sundays will be shipped on Mondays, and orders received after 2:00 PM CST will be shipped the following day. Your order will arrive frozen, packaged in coolers with frozen gel packs to ensure freshness.
